ChangeAgents AEC is a consultancy focusing on Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Agents work with clients to generate implementation strategies, action plans and protocols to mitigate the disruptive effects of BIM-caused change.

ChangeAgents AEC started operating in 2004. Since then it has been involved in the development and implementation of BIM-driven processes and management systems in many organisations. Below is a concise biography of Bilal Succar, ChangeAgents' director and lead agent:

Trained and educated as an interior designer, Bilal worked for more than twelve years as designer and project leader before focusing on process design and information technologies. He gained extensive field experience through coordinating major architectural, interior design and interdisciplinary projects in many markets.

Academically, Bilal undertook postgraduate studies in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management under the Applied Management in Architecture banner. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Building Information Modelling, Interoperability and Process Integration at the University of Newcastle, NSW - Australia. In 2008, he joined RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) as a researcher working on the National BIM guidelines project.
