Change Tools are guides, checklists, process maps and other audio-visual material. Change Tools can be used to structure the internal BIM implementation process and/or to facilitate the BIM collaboration process within a multidisciplinary team. These tools have been rigorously developed and tested over many years and are made available as a basis to generate custom BIM strategies, plans and workflows.

At this stage, Change Tools are not available as standalone products but are available through ChangeAgents' consultancy services. Some assessment tools, knowledge models and checklists will be made available (under Creative Commons) through BIM ThinkSpace.
